At BEFESA ZINC RECYTECH, health, safety, the environment and energy are an integral part of the way we work

As a major player in the circular economy for non-ferrous metals, BZR is committed to integrating the following HSE commitments into its operational activities:

1. To set an example, at all levels of the organisation, in the areas of safety, health, the environment and energy
2. To aim for zero accidents for our staff and our subcontractors
3. Never prioritise production or economic criteria over safety, people’s health and environmental protection
4. Encourage the reporting of accidents, incidents involving people and environmental incidents to ensure continuous improvement
5. Train employees to work safely and adopt environmentally responsible behaviour
6. Promote a safety culture by encouraging dialogue and the participation of all staff
7. Comply with legal requirements relating to safety, health, the environment and energy, and apply the best available techniques
8. I am committed to ensuring the availability of information and guaranteeing the necessary resources (human, financial and technical) for the effective operation of the environmental and safety management system. I am counting on everyone’s commitment to uphold, support and promote these safety and environmental commitments.
